Jack Conness
In 2017, shortly after graduating college, a dream job as a research analyst in the Major League Baseball industry took me from the Midwest to Southern California. However, in those four years, my career ambitions shifted as the devastating impacts of climate change unfolded around me. Wildfires, heat waves, and droughts, paired with the anti-climate decisions made by the federal administration, motivated me to pursue a new career path - one that would help transform and protect our planet.
I have spent the past two years gaining additional climate-related professional and educational experience. I created this website to showcase my knowledge, skills, and passion to work in the climate industry. Whether that be crunching numbers, creating data visualizations, analyzing policy, or working with clients and stakeholders to execute projects, my commitment to this work will produce high-quality results.
